I have found a way to bypass Goguardian blocks on Chromebooks .

HOW TO DO IT

Go to chrome://flags on your chromebook

Search "#link-preview"

Change the #link-preview flag to enabled

Click on the restart button on the bottom of the window.

When your chromebook turns back on, find a link ...
