Quotes are re-enabled in mChat but only on my terms

I have sent the following message in mChat,
For those who have not looked in the archives, despite what I asked you to, here is a summary of what I sent. I have re-enabled the quote BBCode tag, but DO NOT MESS IT UP FOR EVERYONE. If I see even 1 person abuse the quote BBCode I WILL disable the quote BBCode tag again and permanently remove the sender's ability to use BBCodes in mChat.
