Old act 1 is a… relic. The first of a planned 9-act series spanning 3 characters. That would have been cool, but it kind of… sucked. Old act 1 is a joke within the group just because of the first line (Mr. Oswald is a very nice man. One day, Mr. Oswald got in trouble with a gang). It was written when I was in 6th grade and didn’t know how to indent or even write well, and my reading career was the hobbit and harry potter.
To be fair, old act 1 does have its strengths, like how there is a decent cliffhanger, and a good way of making the fight against demons seem hopeless.
